Chocolate

In English we learned about chocolate. First we talked about where chocolate comes from. Cocoa beans grow on cacao trees in warm countries. Farmers harvest the beans and then they are dried, roasted, and turned into cocoa mass. After that, sugar and milk can be added to make different kinds of chocolate. We also learned about dark, milk, and white chocolate and how they taste different. The best part was making chocolate ourselves in class. We melted chocolate, added toppings like nuts and sprinkles, and made our own bars. It was very fun and also very delicious. We learned a lot about chocolate.
